For me, this is perhaps the most important category of all. For without dressing, I would not enjoy salads. And without dips, I would not constantly reach for veggies. And without spreads, I would not eat sprouts on sourdough. And without sauces, oh my.

All oil-free with minimal salts to my taste preference. You do you!
