Veggie sando on rye 💚
Working my way through rye sandwiches. @mcdougallmom mayo on this, and all the fixins:
Tomato
Lettuce
Spring mix (no arugula where I got this)
Sprouts
Black olives
Red onion
Pepperoncini
I'm realizing with a dense bread that veggie sandwiches are much more satisfying than with a fluffy bread.
