I enjoy eating… always have! Most of my snacks these days are simple, homemade, plant-based, and oil-free.
I’ll post full snack ‘recipes’, but they’re typically like:
- Toast or rice cake + walnut/peanut/almond/seed butter + flaxseeds/chia seeds
- Veggies (carrots, celery, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, scallions, leeks) & dip
- Sourdough slice, bean-cashew boursin (cracked black pepper, garlicky herb, or French herb), and sprouts
- Fruit bowl (on the rare occasion I’m in the mood for fruit!)
- Hummus plate with bread/pita & veggies
