100% whole wheat sourdough boule 💚💚💚

This is without a doubt the best whole wheat bread I ever remember having! It's absolutely incredible! I could not have made it without all the help from @plant.eating.angie and her bread baking wisdom!! Thank you so much, Angie!!! 🙏

I'm still processing how a 4-ingredient bread like this is so dang good. I baked it in a Dutch oven at 475°F covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 15, then let it cool on the counter overnight. I tested it with my homemade boursin bean spread and sprouts first thing this morning. Mmmm MMMM 😋
