🌱💚 Breakfast: mashed potatoes with gravy, lightly charred green cabbage water sauteed to tender-crisp with a bit of white pepper, half a small leftover soy curls turkey cutlet.
I made this particular gravy with 'roux flour', which is just toasted wheat flour I store in my freezer.
I cooked 3-4x cabbage to store to-go containers in the fridge.
