Little tweaks keep my leftovers from becoming boring sometimes.
For this plate, I added sumac to the hummus, I added some green goddess dressing, and I made a little 'spoon salad' (kaşık salatası) out of various complimentary veggies and herbs: petite diced tomatoes, white onion, cucumbers, green pepper, fresh dill, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
