Grilled Zucchini, Steamed Jasmine Rice, and Kimchi Topped with Scallions (Bam!) πŸ’š

Simple dinner tonight. It's been a day of many mini meals.

The bizarre grill marks are because I decided to cut out the middlepan and just cook the zucchini directly over the flames on the stove and I kept fidgeting with it ☺️. I like slicing whole zucchini in half and serving it with a classic knife and fork. The flavor-packed kimchi tied the whole plate together.
