@carrieandjamancook's recent tofu stir fry got me wanting to practice getting more flavor and color absorbed into my tofu. I decided on mock ham tofu, which shall henceforth be known as Mockingham Tofu. 💂

It came out really good! It's tasty and smoky and wonderful. I'll see how these medium-thick slabs taste tomorrow and adjust the recipe if it needs it!
