Pasta e fagioli with added softened celery and carrots with a side of yellow squash with a bit of hot sauce.
This was from a packet I've had for a while. It was fine, nothing to write home about. I added extra beans and I softened the celery and carrots separately from the soup so they wouldn't throw off the delicate balance of seasonings from the packet 😆
The yellow squash was cooked in Marty McFry and it was my favorite part 😋
