Patatas bravas and a Mediterranean-inspired salad (plant-based, oil-free) 💚

Regardless of the length of that 👆 I'm actually trying to simplify a bit right now. The inner salad came from mostly bits of fridge leftovers. The rest was just heat & eat - air fried thick-cut fries, the sauces from yesterday (the salsa brava is warmed and the aioli is chilled) and of course the mighty scallion.

I try to take a photo here and there to jog my memory of meal prep and rough estimates of ratios. That's the second and third photo here. I would make this salad again, but I would rinse the chickpeas next time (they weren't bad, just a tad strong and salty).
