Tamal & avocado rice run through the garden 💚
Homemade tamal from the freezer (they freeze so well!), plain jasmine rice mixed with a bit of surface avocado that wasn't brown but wasn't really bright either, and a garden of iceberg lettuce, white onions, fire roasted hothouse tomato, a pinch of parsley, and a splash of salsa. 😋
